Silvia was previously co-founder and Principal of Tax Technology Services, LLC (TTS), where she had overall responsibility for the operational efficiency of the organization, as well as the tax knowledge base. Previously, Silvia served as an Auditor for the State of Texas, in their San Antonio and New York offices. After her audit career, Silvia served as tax manager for national companies in manufacturing, retail and technology industries.

Cyrus Daftary is CEO of CTI. His many years of e-commerce, international business and legal experience have enabled him to address problems associated with compliance obligations and to implement operational, systemic processes, outsourcing and IT solutions to help organizations fulfill these obligations. In addition to serving as the current Chairman of the IRS Electronic Tax Administration Advisory Committee (ETAAC), Mr. Daftary is also Of Counsel at Burt, Staples & Maner, LLP, where he specializes in international taxation and regulatory compliance. He has extensive experience with the United States withholding and reporting rules for U.S. and non-U.S. persons, as well as with the U.S. Patriot Act and various anti-money laundering regimes, the European Savings Directive and e-commerce issues.

Kelli Wooten is Director of Client Services with CTI and is Of Counsel to Burt, Staples & Maner, LLP. Ms. Wooten focuses on advising CTI’s clients on compliance with U.S. resident and non-resident due diligence, reporting and withholding rules. Prior to taking on her current roles, Ms. Wooten had an extensive career with Procter & Gamble, where she served in many capacities that encompassed domestic and international tax compliance, audit and litigation, and indirect tax.
